I have over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Accounting, Sales, Research and Commercial Driving. I believe communication, as well as, listening is the key to a happy resolution. Through all things, there is a silver lining.

I enjoy long walks in nature, reading a good book while curled up in my lounge chair and having good conversations with friends and family. I travel quite often and have never met a stranger.
